Refund Policy

Last updated May 10, 2026. This policy explains cancellation and refund handling for NicheAlerts Pro.

Cancellations

You can cancel a Pro subscription from your account page or through Paddle billing support. Cancellation stops future renewals.

After cancellation, Pro access may remain available until the end of the paid billing period.

Refund requests

If you believe a charge was made in error, contact support@nichealerts.com within 14 days of the charge.

Refunds are reviewed case by case and may be processed by Paddle. Taxes, currency conversion, and payment method timing may affect the final amount and posting date.

Abuse and misuse

Refunds may be declined for accounts that violate the Terms of Service, abuse promotional access, or repeatedly subscribe and cancel to avoid payment.
